Data is intended for Hyperion's sales and management teams. It is never sold, transferred or rented to third parties. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email) in strict compliance with the GDPR.

The website is hosted by OVH SAS, a subsidiary of OVH Groupe SAS (RCS Lille Métropole 537 407 926), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Servers are located in France and/or the European Union.

Data that Hyperion accesses through Amazon APIs (Selling Partner API, Amazon Ads API, Brand Analytics) on behalf of the brands it supports is subject to specific commitments: prior OAuth authorization by the brand, use limited to that brand's reporting, no aggregation across clients, no sharing or resale, access restricted to the account managers assigned to the account, deletion on request.
